What is RDAP?
RDAP (Registration Data Access Protocol) is the structured, standardised successor to WHOIS. Registries publish the same registration data, but as clean JSON with consistent fields, so dates, status codes and contacts are reliable.
Why are names and emails missing?
Most registrars redact personal contact details for privacy (GDPR). The registrar and its abuse contact are still shown, and that's where reports about a domain should go.
Domain status codes
clientTransferProhibited means the domain is locked against transfers (normal and recommended). redemptionPeriod or pendingDelete mean it has expired and may soon be released.
